Individual counseling begins with a 60-minute diagnostic assessment. During this first session, I’ll get to know you and your story — including the challenges you're facing, how they impact your daily life, and what you’ve already tried to manage them. This in-depth conversation allows me to understand your unique background and begin crafting a tailored approach to support you.
In the following sessions, we’ll work together to clarify your goals for therapy and map out a path forward. Based on your presenting concerns, we’ll also decide how often sessions should occur. After the initial assessment, ongoing sessions are 45 minutes in length.

Couples counseling is available to all partnerships — whether you’re dating, engaged, cohabiting, or married — and applies to both heterosexual and same-sex couples. Many couples seek therapy to address challenges such as communication difficulties, emotional distance, or intimacy concerns.
Our work typically begins with a joint session, followed by an individual session with each partner to better understand your unique perspectives. This allows me to gain a fuller picture of your relationship dynamics and the underlying patterns at play.
We will then rejoin to clarify your goals as a couple and determine the frequency of sessions based on your needs.
Appointments can be scheduled for the standard 45-minute format or extended to 90 minutes to allow for deeper exploration and progress.
